This article assumes you are a Shopify user, and you have installed our Shopify App, and you have read our Shopify Integration Guide. The purpose of this article is to explain how to get our WebWidget to display in your Shopify store. Our WebWidget provides a permanent side-link on each page of your Shopify store, allowing your customers to join or sign-into your loyalty program. They can view their points balance and any benefits you have made available to them.

Please note: if you installed our Shopify App prior to mid-August 2014 you will need to uninstall your Loyal2 Shopify App and re-install it within the Shopify Admin area - this is so that you can grant the correct permissions to Loyal2 to write the widget to your store templates.

To view/manage the Loyal2 WebWidget in your account, go to the Toolbox on the Dasboard and click on Integrated Products and then on [Manage] next to Shopify. Here you will see an area at the bottom which displays the install-status of your WebWidget:



The WebWidget should auto-install, but if it has not you can install/uninstall using the button provided.

To control your WebWidget go to the WebWidget page in the Toolbox:



Here you can edit the color, placement and indent from the top or bottom of the page.
When you update the widget it will automatically update on your Shopify store.

There is also a button to preview your widget:



This will show the style and position of the widget so that you can test it.

Clicking on the widget 'handle' (in this case the purple button) you will be able to access the WebWidget:
